Good day to all students and parents

Gentle REMINDER of the plans for NEXT week as we reopen SCHOOL.

1.  School reopens on Monday 19th April, 2021 from 8 am.  All students will REMAIN at home for the first week of school to follow the ONLINE schedule as we did last term but ONLY for the FIRST week (19th April, 2021 - 23rd April, 2021)

2.  Progress Report and Conference will be for the ENTIRE WEEK - ONE form level per day starting with the FORM 1s.  Each Report day is at 9 am sharp in the Auditorium Here is the schedule:
Form 1's - Monday 19th April, 2021
Form 2's - Tuesday 20th April, 2021
Form 3's - Wednesday 21st April, 2021
Form 4's - Thursday 22nd April, 2021

Form 5's - Friday 23rd April, 2021

FORMAT:
At 9 am on EACH day of next week, ONLY PARENTS will report to the school for parent conferencing with the school's Administration and representative teachers.  Students will be engaging on MOODLE ONLINE using the ONLINE timetable.  Progress reports will be presented to parents of each student at the session.  Teachers will present general comments regarding the various subject areas that were taught and their general concerns.  Some will NEED to connect with specific parents.  These will be informed at the meeting.  Teachers WILL NOT be conferencing face-to-face as a result of the current pandemic.  We will conduct a Conference Style approach IN THE AUDITORIUM and allow for general comments to be made to parents and to allow parents to respond and present comments, concerns, etc.  Parents will be asked to sit in rows according to their children's homerooms and homeroom teachers will assist to distribute to them (seated) each child's reports.  As parents are sometimes unable to attend, they need to send a responsible adult representative.  We must make a concerted effort to be present at this FIRST onsite meeting with parents since COVID-19.

Some issues are very real.  Some situations MUST be seen.  Our school needs the support of all parents to make schooling a success.  Please try your utmost to be present.

Best regards to all parents and students
