 Dear Parents/Guardians

 I trust that this week has been good.

Please, please, please note the following which is NOT meant for any delays.

1. MOODLE was down which caused some delays with final marking and transferring of students' scores from MOODLE to OPENSIS.

2. Unknown to us, before the announcement of the General Elections, Friday 16th July, 2021 is Nomination Day and CCSS is the Returning Officers Base so the movement and engagements by prospective candidates on that day is expected to be unpredictable. So, we now have to shift Progress Reports to Monday 19th at different times of the day based on Form levels.

Form 1 and 2 students at 9:00 am to 12:30 pm ONLY in Form 1 and 2 blocks with homeroom teachers after the dismissal of parents from the auditorium.

Forms 3 and 4 students12:45 pm to 2:45 pm (parents will be assembled in Auditorium and report to Home room teachers one or 2 at a time to the Form 1 (Form 3) and 2 blocks (Form 4).
