Blessings to each of you students,

How are you doing?  How was last week?  Feel free to send me an email to mdaniel@ccss.edu.lc to just touch base.  Remember that the Counsellor is also available for any assistance that you may require.

I trust that your engagements on MOODLE are improving.  I hope that you are managing your Time to ensure that all assessments are completed and submitted in a timely manner. Remember that quantitative and qualitative reports will be given at the end of Term 2 - this means that each of your subject teachers will report your academic performances (grades) and your personal assessments (conduct, responsibility, personal pride).  Some of you will be reporting to the school for onsite instruction - do not forget to keep safe at all times (sanitize, wear masks, social distances as much as possible).  Do not compromise anything...

The Roster for February has been emailed to your school's email and posted on MOODLE.  Try your best to remain on task.  Join your synchronous sessions on time and engage respectfully.  If your parents/guardians are joining or observing, courteously inform your teachers.  Share any issues promptly to your instructors/teachers and please let us try our best to enjoy the moment.

This month is a very busy month.  We have Valentine's Day coming up - reach out to someone and make them feel extra special this week.  It is also Healthy Heart Month - practice some habit to built healthy hearts - exercise.  Talking of exercise, we are going to engage each of you in some 'sporting' activities soon - look out for more details.

There are a few Independence activities posted to your email that can enable you to win huge rewards - check them out (mask competition, tic toc competition, etc)  Please participate.

Finally, the RK Sessions are improving.  Please like the videos when they are shared.  This week, we will focus on Patience.  Hope that you liked our Peace session last week.  Roman Catholics, next week's session is going to focus on Ash Wednesday whilst everyone will also be focusing on Kindness.  Do not forget that this term, we asked all students to bring in something non-perishable to share with our very own families who are needy.  Only ONE student has donated a quantity of food items - Very good gesture Kitanee.  You are just so awesome.

Have a wonderful and magnificent Monday and a week filled with God's richest blessings.

Love and Peace

from

Your Principal
